Berry Blast Protein Smoothie


What You'll Need:


1x Serving of Vanilla/Birthday Cake Flavour Whey Protein

20g Greek Yoghurt

Handful Of Ice Cubes

30g Frozen Berries

100ml Water

100ml Oat Milk


Prep time: 2 Mins


Method:


1) Add water & oat milk to your blender

2) Add Ice cubes to one side (this is important as you can freeze the protein powder otherwise)

3) Add 1x serving of protein powder to opposite side

4) Add greek yoghurt & frozen berries

5) Blend well making sure to stop and start the blender a few times to ensure ice cubes are crushed

6) Serve and Enjoy!
