High Protein Strawberry Straciatella


What you'll need:

250g Skyr Icelandic Yoghurt

20g Stute No Added Sugar Jam

1 Square Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate

50g Strawberries

10g Honey (Optional)


Prep time: 2 Mins


Method:

1) Add jam to yoghurt and mix well

2) Cover chocolate and crush with the round side of a tablespoon and add to yoghurt

3) Finely chop strawberries and add to yoghurt

4) If desired, drizzle honey over the top for added sweetness and enjoy!
