Lean Breakfast McBagel

What you'll need: (per serving)

Warburtons thin bagels (must be the thin ones!)

60g Lean bacon medallions

1 Egg

Spray light cooking spray

Ketchup (optional)


Prep time: 5 mins


Method

1) Pre-heat grill (or George Foreman type electric grill)

2) Once up to temperature, chuck you bacon on (turning every min or so)

3) Pop your bagel in the toaster

4) Preheat pan and add a couple sprays of spray light

5) Add egg and stir continuously

6) Once cooked, add ingredients together, add ketchup (or brown sauce if you're weird) and ENJOY!
