
Lean Cantonese Pork Stir Fry

What you'll need:
200g Egg Noodles
100g Mixed Stir Fry Veg
100g Lean Stir Fry Pork ( You can use chicken / prawns / beef if you prefer)
Half Pack Sainsburys (or other) Chinese Stir Fry Sauce
5g Olive Oil
Prep time: 5 mins
Method
1) Pre-heat wok / pan of choice with a little oil then add pork meat, stirring continuously for 2 mins
2) Add stir fry veg and make sure to keep stirring for another 2 mins
3) You can add a few tablespoons of water at this point if you wish
4) Add egg noodles and stir for 1 min before adding in your sauce and allowing to cook for another minuite
5) Serve and enjoy!
